This is a 1099 position and you are required to take out your own taxes. You would be considered a contractor for the private practice. The position is for a provisionally licensed (LCMHCA) or fully licensed LCMHC. We will hire LCSW's as well. If you are dually licensed for substance use, that would also be very helpful for the position as we do have a contact with NC to provide DWI assessments. Unfortunately, we are not hiring for just the substance abuse license at this time. For those that are provisionally licensed for either their LCMHCA or for substance, you can also receive your clinical supervision here while at Wings of Flight Center for Change.

As a clinician at Wings of Flight Center for Change, you would be responsible for providing therapy to clients which may include: individual, group, family or couple's therapy. The clinician will be responsible for completing all documentation in a timely manner and meeting the standards for insurance companies. You will need to submit weekly sessions to the supervisor in order to track billing and reimbursement to you. The rates listed above are not fully accurate as it does vary based on experience and license status. This will be discussed during an interview and you will be given your rates.

We need someone who can provide in-person sessions in our Marion, NC location. We do need someone who is willing to do school based services once the school year resumes.
