Customer Service Representative:

Customer service representative to provide day-to-day service and direct support to newandexistingponcholders.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide backup to receptionist with agency phone system.

Proficiency in typing and ability to document client records in a timely manner.

Answer incoming calls from policyholders and assist with inquiries and concerns regarding policy details, coverage limits and billing inquiries.

Maintains print and electronic records and files as required.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of various insurance products and policies or ability to be a quick learner. Excellentinterpersonal and sales skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Licensed to sell insurance in applicable state or ability to obtain license within first 6-months.

Two years of related experience preferred but not required. Prior customer service experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay Depends on Experience
