In an effort to help our community reopen, the Chamber is presenting, Back to Business, featuring a panel of key stakeholders to answer questions, provide guidance, and resources. This free Zoom online event will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2020.
We'll hear from County Manager Ashley Wooten, City Manager Bob Boyette, Old Fort Town Clerk Renee' Taylor, Foothills Health District Director Karen Powell, Emergency Services Director of McDowell County William Kehler, and Executive Director of the Marion Business Association Freddie Killough.
Following Governor Roy Cooper's phased reopen plan, each panelist will present how their plans will be implemented locally. They will also provide guidelines for local businesses, safety recommendations, and regulations for reopening their businesses.
