Part Time Guest Service Representative

Responsible for checking guests in and out, making reservations, customer relations, safety, and communication throughout the hotel.
Answering the hotel main phone with the proper personalized greeting, transferring calls as needed. 
Wears designated uniform at all times.
Upsells the hotel and all amenities.
Responsible for cash handling, and deposits.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Promotes positive guest and employee relations.
