HVAC Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

-Manage and develop the staff, which includes hiring and disciplining of employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluation performance and directing work assignments to ensure effective use of recourses and customer satisfaction.

-Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Working directly with inside accounting personnel.

-Customer escalation issues/satisfaction.

-Ensure company goals are met monthly.

-Ensure all process and procedures are followed.

-Identify and communicate where improvements can be utilized.

Qualifications:

-10 Years experience in the industry

-2 Years experience performing at a management level

-Excellent management and supervisory skills

-Understanding of principles of quality management with respect to effective communication

-Experience with management and conflict resolution

-Level personality with a drive for success

-Ability to focus on desired results

-Strong attention to detail

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

-Deliver high level of customer service on a consistent basis

-Ability to motivate a team and achieve buy-in on company initiative

-Demonstrate willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small or lar, impossible, or cannot be improved

- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment background check.
