Member Engagement Director - Corpening Memorial YMCA
Under the direction of Executive Leadership and consistent with the mission and policies of the YMCA of Western North Carolina, the Member Engagement Director will provide daily supervision to the Membership staff, oversee relationship building with members, staff, volunteers and guests, and drive all aspects of customer service, membership sales, member engagement, retention and programming in Youth and Family departments. The Member Engagement Director is critically competent in sales and customer service management, staff management, outcome and standards measurements, community collaborations, and fiscal management. They must drive sales and create an environment that delivers world class customer service to grow membership and program participation. The Member Engagement Director is a highly visible representative of the YMCA mission and character development values and champions our charitable impact in the community.
