McDowell County (SHIIP) offers free and unbiased information regarding Medicare health care products. and counsels Medicare beneficiaries and caregivers about Medicare, Medicare supplements, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, and long-term care insurance. We also help people recognize and prevent Medicare billing errors and possible fraud and abuse through our NC SMP Program. 

Carroll help our customers find exactly what they need at the Resale Shop. All of the proceeds from the shop go directly to the Hospice care. She has extensive experience in retail and management and specializes in customer service. She is an advocate for hospice care through personal experience and understands the importance of the care and attention that hospice patients need. She is happy to help you with your shopping need or you can contact her should you have any items you'd like to donate to hospice. 

Life-long resident of McDowell county - I hold an Associates degree in Business Computers and in Operations Management. 
I have over twenty years experience in manufacturing operates; accounting, customer service and quality assurance/product specifications management - including were help was needed shipping/receiving, production.....and I have been a part of locating affordable ways to express appreciation for employees work and loyalty.
